BEFORE LAUNCH

• Sign your waiver!

• The shuttle will pick you up from the Riverview Retreat and take you up river to our launch site at the historic Newsom’s Mill (7.5 miles), where your gear will be waiting for you to launch. We’ll do a brief river rundown and answer any last minute questions before sending you on your way.

• If you’re bringing your own boat then it’s just $20 per boat for shuttle/launch fee. On your way to the shuttle pickup at the Riverview Retreat, please bring your vessel to the launch point (Newsom’s Mill) by 1pm where my team will help unload and prepare it for launch.

ON THE RIVER

• You’ll enjoy an amazing day on the third most biologically diverse river in the country, The Harpeth River!

• The route is 7.5 miles and the average float time is usually 3-5 hours per day depending on your vessel choice, river speed, and your frequency and duration of bank stops along the way.

AFTER LANDING

• At the end of your trip you’ll land at the Riverview Retreat and your campsite!

Campsite fees are $60/night and each site holds up to 6 people.

Our Kayaks/SUPs 2-day rental is $80/ea.

Once payment has been processed, your reservation will be confirmed and reservations are final and non refundable unless operating conditions are hazardous.

In the event of inclement weather or hazardous river conditions your reservation is subject to delay, reschedule, or cancellation up until the day of your scheduled reservation. A hazardous conditions confirmation text will be sent. If cancellation due to hazardous river conditions occurs, a full refund for your reservation will be issued.
